The Unicorn

Well, Scandinavian Blue has gone to Nottingham with its new owner and I am now trolling around in a white 9000, ready to resume my search for the unicorn.

Not literally you understand.

Regular readers of my inane drivel will know by now that I have been pining for some 7 years after a 1983 900 Turbo. It must be black, must be manual, must be 3-door but such a beast seems to have been extinct for quite a while.

I’ve been looking through the Autotrader, the Owners’ Club Website and Magazine, Retro Cars Classifieds and even EBAY but to no avail and I’m starting to get a bit cranky.

There must be one somewhere for god’s sake but for the life of me I can’t find it. Do you know of one?? If so, then for the cost of an e-mail, a phone call or ink, parchment or a stamp, you can alleviate the misery and downright boredom of all around me as I whinge and moan about the lack of such a vehicle in my drive-way.

Please, please help – before someone dies of boredom.

Matt
